Dear Potential Customer:
Campbell CPA Consulting, PLLC is specializing in serving small practices and groups of physicians, dentists, chiropractors, and mid-levels. We work to implement EHR software, obtain related subsidies by attesting to meaningful use, create graphical and tabular queries and reports (dashboards), and assist in initiatives to enhance reimbursement, such as coding and documentation, and/or grants to subsidize current operations . . . all this with minimum of disruption to your current staff and workflow, allowing you to focus on Medicine, and keeping our cost to you at a minimum . . . As a CPA with Big4 experience, MBA from the University of Rochester Simon school, CHFP, and FHFMA, with over 12 years working for large health care networks of providers. . . I am well able to meet the financial management needs of your practice and staff.
Did you know, most providers* are entitled to $39,000 or $44,000 each over the next four or five years, to subsidize the implementation to EHR, by satisfying “meaningful use” requirements? . . . but time is running out, and by 2015, the penalties and reduced reimbursement begins for those who haven’t complied . . . Let Campbell CPA Consulting complete a $250/below cost assessment to determine how much subsidy you are eligible for, and what it will take you to attest to meaningful use, before time runs out. We’ll even waive the $250 fee if you are not completely satisfied. Our assessment includes: a) calculating the amount of yearly subsidy (and/or penalty) you may expect over the next four years given historical billing data, and b) A written scorecard of your ability to meet meaningful use, including a list of deficiencies (and related cures) required to attest for 2013 (whether 2013 is your first or third attest year).
Remember, you must satisfy first year EHR requirements by October 1st, 2014 or miss out on the program entirely. The earlier you attest, the greater the subsidy. Even if you are not a Medicare participating provider, if you submit Part B claims on behalf of Medicare patients you are still eligible for 75% of the allowable amount of these claims per CMS.
If you don’t already own current EHR software, we have a contract with NextGen to support specialized software implementation customized for each of twenty-six specialties including primary care, behavioral health, dentistry, and many others. This small practice market niche has been largely untouched by software companies that service billion dollar health networks, but no longer . . . NextGen is currently offering the same features that many large health networks use for one flat monthly fee of $595 per provider, with no up-front investment for software licensing and installation . . . the software resides in the “cloud” managed through NextGen’s sub-contract with national industry leader Dell . . . you simply supply a basic computer, laptop, or tablet, an internet connection, and you are up and running.
The one monthly price for NextGen includes: patient web-portal, e-prescribing, e-labs, scheduling, disease management, voice recognition, billing and collections, electronic claims submission, statement generation, electronic remittance & payment posting, accounts receivable follow-up, etc . . . all completely prepared and certified to meet meaningful use, ICD-10, and NCQA medical home compliance and reporting.
Hoping to discuss how to serve your needs,
Keith R Campbell, CPA, MBA, FHFMA
